Enjoy a pizza or the antipasto sampler while enjoying the 4 plasma screen televisions. We also have more secluded dining areas for conversations over lunch or dinner and a good glass of wine (and with approximately 200 wines by the bottle and 20 by the glass, you’re sure to find a favorite).

Executive Chef and partner Luciano Pellegrini, winner for best chef in the Southwest by the James Beard foundation, has made sure that Giorgio always has the finest imported Italian meats, fresh bread, and pastas made on site. So join us.

We’re open daily from 7:30 AM for pastries, coffee and croissants, and our main dining area opens at 11 AM.

Giorgio is located inside Mandalay Place – the new shopping experience in the skybridge that connects Mandalay Bay to the Luxor. Mandalay Place has its own free valet parking, making access to Giorgio very easy.
